To qualify for processing, the returned package must fulfill the following parameters:

• The product must remain completely unused, unwashed, and un-tampered.
• Items must be safely enclosed inside their original container boxes/packaging wrappers.
• All tags, security barcodes, standard labels, and the original purchase invoice copy must be completely intact.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will be strictly turned down under the following circumstances:

• Any operational delay extending past the 15-day limit post-invoice date.
• Products exhibiting visible signs of physical wear, damage, or wash lines.
• Items acquired under flash sales, deep clearance discounts, or festive promotional gift deals (unless stated otherwise).

5. Refund Settlement Process

Once a returned item arrives back at our warehouse and successfully clears testing checks, the respective refund value will be safely dispatched within 7–10 active business days. Settlements will be channelled either back to the original online source gateway or credited to the member's store wallet, based on operational fitment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be dismantled or cancelled before the official warehouse system generates the commercial purchase invoice. Once an invoice has been stamped, no backend cancellations can be authorized.

Independent Distributor purchases are completely subject to this same 15-day window from the invoice generation log. The company operates on standard retail consumer distribution lines and does not declare any guaranteed commercial buy-back loops or assured resale risk refunds.

8. Ultimate Discretionary Company Rights

HARIMIT reserves ultimate corporate veto authority to systematically approve or decline return proposals depending on physical damage verification and absolute policy alignments.
