4. अकाउंट एवं सुरक्षा

• अपने लॉगिन विवरण की सुरक्षा उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी है।
• अकाउंट से की गई सभी गतिविधियों के लिए उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

5. उत्पाद एवं मूल्य

• उत्पाद चित्र केवल उदाहरण हेतु हैं।
• मूल्य बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदले जा सकते हैं।

6. ऑर्डर एवं भुगतान

भुगतान सफल होने के बाद ही ऑर्डर मान्य होगा। कंपनी किसी भी ऑर्डर को तकनीकी या स्टॉक कारणों से रद्द कर सकती है।

7. डिलीवरी

डिलीवरी समय अनुमानित होता है। लॉजिस्टिक कारणों से देरी के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

8. रिटर्न एवं रिफंड

रिटर्न / रिफंड केवल कंपनी की रिफंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार ही मान्य होगा। समय सीमा के बाहर किए गए अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।

9. डायरेक्ट सेलिंग / डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर नियम

• जुड़ना पूर्णतः स्वैच्छिक है।
• आय पूरी तरह बिक्री एवं प्रदर्शन पर निर्भर करती है।
• किसी भी प्रकार की गारंटीड आय नहीं है।

कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की निश्चित या गारंटीड आय का वादा नहीं करती। आय व्यक्ति की मेहनत पर निर्भर करती है।
